- when compressing individual files, the ZIP files won't be given the attributes of the original files any more. Also, even if read-only ZIP files still exist, when they are unzipped after Overview Detailed being copied to the left, the zip file copies are now deleted from the left side. This had previously been prevented by the read-only attribute.

- The new version 2.12-beta includes an alternate method of accessing FTP sites. When you choose "Method 2", a new FTP library is used that may work better with some FTP servers, especially when using passive mode.
- The FTP dialog contains a new tool with which you can test whether your FTP server supports advanced features such as synchronizing timestamps or providing MD5 checksums. These features are still very rare, so if you find an FTP server that includes them, and if you are interested in enabling support for these features in my software, please let me know!
